When having internet and WiFi issues we have one rule….

Do NOT hard reset routers or modems when having problems

We run your internet on a PPPOE Network were we program every customer with their own username and password. When you hard reset you routers or modems with the hard/factory reset button it erases our PPPOE Network and our ability to send internet to your devices. 

So when trouble shooting you internet and WiFi related issues try….

  1. Unplugging your router or modem for 3-5 minuets before plugging it back in.
    • This will  free up your bandwidth and give it a chance spread evenly to all devices.
  2. Run a speed tests on your router and devices to see if you are getting enough Meg to your devices.
    • You can search internet speed test and use any of the ones out there but we recommend Fast, linked below.
