Due to a Nation Wide AT&T outage all AT&T long distance customers and any carriers who use AT&T for long distance assistant will experience call issues. As a result you will not be able to call into certain areas such as Big Cabin. If you are having trouble contacting us please call our 800 number at 1-800-722-0533. We are sorry of the inconvenience, AT&T is aware of the problem.

Office Closed to Public Access

In order to protect our customers and our staff, we are keeping our office lobby closed. You can still use the drive-thru or dropbox to pay your bill. Payments may also be made at Welch State Bank.

Our techs will not be able to go into your home on a service call.

We remain open to serve you. We will be answering the phones and offering support.
